    We take care of your textile lamination requeriments

    Morchem has developed an extensive product portfolio of polyurethane adhesives to cover different lamination applications. A great variety of adhesives to bond all possible substrates, from cotton, polyesters and polyamides fabrics to PVC, PUR or polyester membranes including high-technology fibers such as fluorocarbon films (Teflon®). These adhesives can be applied with conventional application methods such as slot nozzle, roller, screen or spray. Our adhesives are recommended for end uses and applications in areas including the automotive industry, medical textiles, protection and industrial wear, sportswear, upholstery textiles, intimate apparel, fashion textiles, etc.

    RHM Laminating adhesives

    Reactive Hot Melt Adhesives for textile lamination are a unique technology offering a durable and non-reversible bond to withstand the highest thermal and chemical aggressive conditions. Reactive Hot Melt Adhesives also offer the following benefits;

    • Higher-efficiency energy system (melting the product is all that is needed)
    • Non-flammable product
    • Application on demand; very low waste production
    • Irreversible bonding

    Solvent and Water Based adhesives

    Our water-borne and solvent based (Newbond) adhesives for textile applications have been specifically developed for fabric and foam laminations, as well as diverse nozzle applications. Morchem products have high tack performance and a ‘soft to the touch’ finish.
