MORCHEM: VERTRETEN AUF DER SPECIALTY PACKAGING FILMS ASIA 2018
Ein weiteres Jahr war MORCHEM auf AMI’S Asien-Pazifik Konferenz über Märkte und Technologien für Spezialverpackungsfolien, vertreten durch unsere Business Managers von Indien, MEA+Südostasien, Zentral-Europa sowie unserer F&D Direktorin aus Spanien, dabei.
Ziel der Konferenz ist es, Fachleute und Experten der Flex-Pack-Industrie aus dem gesamten asiatisch-pazifischem Raum zusammenzuführen um Schlüsselthemen und den Zukunftstrend der Verpackungsleistung, Verarbeitkeit und Nachhaltigkeit in persönlichen Gesprächen zu diskutieren.
Gerade dieses Thema war Gegenstand des Vortrages unseres Herrn Juan Sanchez, Business Manager unserer Filiale in Dubai und Verantwortlicher für die Region MEA+Südostasien, in seiner Präsentation über die “ZUKUNFTSTRENDS DER FLEXIBLEN VERPACKUNG“
Weiterhin, bot ein Informationstisch in der Vorhalle des Konferenzsaales ausführliche Informationen über unsere Produktpalette.
Im Groβen und Ganzen, war die Veranstaltung sehr produktiv und die Teilnahme von über 115 Vertretern aus rund 25 Ländern, machte sie zum Erfolg.

MORCHEM BEIM XII FORUM FÜR IQS UNTERNEHMEN
Am 7. März organisierte die Ingenieurschule IQS, das 12. Jahr in Folge, in Barcelona das Forum für IQS Unternehmen bei dem Firmen aus verschiedenen Industriesektoren eingeladen waren, mit der Beteiligung von Unternehmen wie DOW, HENKEL, BASF, COVESTRO, GRIFOLS, etc.
MORCHEM, vertreten durch unsere Personalabteilung, hat sich aktiv an der Veranstaltung beteiligt, mit dem Ziel die Chemiestudenten im letzten Jahr sowie Masterstudierende an unser Unternehmen heranzuführen und Ihnen die von uns gesuchten Berufsprofile darzulegen.
Die Firmen waren jeweils durch einen kleinen Infostand vertreten und konnten sich an Diskussionsrunden beteiligen um die verschiedenen Strategien zur Talenterfassung zu erörtern.
Im Allgemeinen, war die Erfahrung sehr positiv und diente dazu den Studenten eine Übersicht unserer Firma zu verschaffen sowie direkten Kontakt zu unserem Hause aufzubauen.
MORCHEM’S INTERNATIONAL SALES MEETING 2017
14 – 15th November at IESE Business School
Once again, we held our yearly International Sales Meeting at the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
MORCHEM’S worldwide sales team was thus able to share the business opportunities and news of the World Markets as well as the future trends in the adhesive & coatings technology.
We specially would like to thank Prof. Pedro Nueno, Emeritus Professor of Entrepreneurship, IESE and Professor and President CEIBS (Shanghai) for his most interesting speech held during our meeting. It was a real pleasure to listen to his words and lively anecdotes.
The meeting was a great opportunity to stay together and to confirm our mission to be as close as possible to our customers.
MORCHEM SPONSORS TECHNICAL CONFERENCE ORGANISED BY AIMPLAS
The conference, held successfully on October 18 at AIMPLAS, in Valencia, was characterized by the presentation of the latest developments and innovations in the flexible packaging sector, specially focusing on laminated structures. Technical and legislative aspects were addressed, as well as relevant issues about packaging sustainability.
MORCHEM sponsored and participated as a speaker, represented by Javier Gutiérrez, at the same time moderator of the event, which has counted with numerous professionals of the sector, among whom were experts from firms such as SYNAPTIK, COMEXI, HP, VALCO- MELTON and QUIMÓVIL.
We thank AIMPLAS and all the collaborators of the event for the opportunity provided while waiting for the next edition.
MORCHEM AT PACK EXPO LAS VEGAS
Once again, Morchem has participated at one of the largest, most comprehensive packaging events in North America, PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2017, hosting newsworthy developments affecting every packaged goods industry.
Here we presented our product portfolio of high-quality PU-adhesives for flexible packaging lamination, functional coatings and TPU range for printing inks.
Our booth was well visited by important professionals from all over the country. We thank you for your visit.
FIRE TEST UNDER REALISTIC FIRE-FIGHTING CONDITIONS
MORCHEM, in line with its top priority and importance of fire-fighting has taken advantage of the construction of a new warehouse to carry out a fire test under realistic fire-fighting conditions and thus grant the continuity of our plant.
PLATINUM PARTNER AT THE 6TH SPECIALTY FILMS & FLEXIBLE PACKAGING GLOBAL SUMMIT – 2017
This year, MORCHEM, led by Mr. Santosh Acharekar and his team, participated as PLATINUM PARTNER at the Specialty Films & Flexible Packaging Global Summit, held on 14th & 15th September in Mumbai, India.
The summit focused on the latest developments and innovations of the sector in India and was very well visited by trade professionals with an excellent atmosphere and keen demand. The response to our stall was excellent.
Our General Manager -Commercial Division-, Mr. José Luis Müller, participated as a speaker and under the heading “ Adhesives and Coatings: Future Trends in Flexible Packaging”, he referred to topics such as the importance of market trends, social changes, sustainability, food safety, cost reduction and environmental protection.
