At MORCHEM we have celebrated our Safety Day presenting a new modality of realistic training in occupational safety and health, in collaboration with Ludus. This technology allows our employees to learn in an immersive and safe way. This innovative tool not only improves the understanding of risks, but also reinforces the importance of safety in everyday life.

Balonmano Guadalajara is a sporting reference not only in Castilla-La Mancha but also at a national level due to its long-standing participation in the highest category of Spanish handball and its large pool of young players, one of the largest in the country.
But what above all motivated MORCHEM to sponsor it was the fact that Balonmano Guadalajara is fully aware of the policies of social inclusion and support for women, which it has been promoting through sport, as well as its commitment to the values of equality by carrying out multiple activities and conferences using sport as a means of dissemination.

With just 2 weeks to go, Rita Ribau from OLFASENSE will make a presentation on “Sensory Testing of Food Packaging coated with Adhesives: Evaluating Odour + Taste Migration”.
OLFASENSE has conducted this study with two food packaging foils coated with novel MORCHEM adhesives using safer compounds for the end user.
This study shows the usefulness of sensory techniques applied to food packaging, ensuring quality and a pleasant appreciation of food packaging by the end consumer.
The presentation will take place on Tuesday, 29th October at 9:25 am.

Flexible Packaging Europe (FPE), the association of flexible packaging manufacturers, is organising the first “European Flexpack Summit” for 2025. This conference, specifically on flexible packaging, will take place from the 24th to the 26th February 2025 in “Torre Melina Gran Meliá (the former Hotel Juan Carlos I) in Barcelona and will cover an exciting range of topics relating to global market developments, trends, sustainability issues and current European legislation.
MORCHEM, always at the forefront of innovation, quality and customer service and committed to environmental protection and sustainability will sponsor this major event and will actively participate in the closing conferences.

MORCHEM PS 2337 AR + CS-907 R, a two-component, solvent-based low monomer aromatic polyurethane laminating adhesive, was strictly tested following the Recyclass Recycability Evaluation Protocol for PP film to verify its impact on the quality of recycled PP in flexible packaging. The test structure consisted of BOPP film-Morchem laminating adhesive-BOPP film and was found to be fully compatible when used up to 4,5 wt% with the existing European industrial PP flexibles recycling processes.
